Staylien: Conversation Memory

Subscriber Billing: Keep Subscriptions Active After Dunning Expires

Choose to keep subscriptions active even after all dunning retries are exhausted. Subscriptions that reach the retry limit receive a Dunning Expired status — they remain active in analytics and billing attempts can be re-triggered at any time.
Subscriptions List: Dunning Expired Filter
Improvement
A new Dunning Expired filter is available on the Subscriptions List page, along with a matching field in the Subscriptions and Subscription Lines exports. Use it to identify and manage subscribers who have reached the end of their dunning cycle.
3D-Secure (3DS) Challenge Flow
Improvement
Stay AI now handles 3DS payment authentication challenges automatically. When a billing attempt triggers a 3DS challenge, the subscription's next billing date advances to prevent it from getting stuck, and the outcome is logged in Subscription History.
Dunning: Final Attempt Discount
New feature
Configure a discount to apply automatically before the final dunning billing attempt. Define the discount name and percentage — if the subscription cancels, the discount stays on record, and the customer is eligible to receive it again if they re-enter dunning.
Global Immediate Cancel in the Cancel Survey

Add a global immediate cancel option to your Cancel Survey and define the specific conditions under which it appears — for example, targeting subscribers by shipping location to meet regional compliance requirements. Layer in additional conditions to match evolving regulatory needs.

Multiple Digital Punch Cards
