As part of the next generation of Stay's URL Builder, we've also added a new and improved customer portal experience.

Configuring Quick Actions Copy

NOTE: You can set Header and Body copy per quick action when you set up your URL. See more on that here.

You now have the ability to update copy for specific actions so customers can navigate the quick actions flow in your brand's voice!

  • On the Merchant Portal navigate to Legacy Portal > Copy

  • Open the "Quick Actions" section

  • Update the copy pertaining to the desired sections

  • Hit "Submit"

Using the V3 Portal? Translations are moving into the new portal settings. For now, translations set in the Legacy Customer Portal will be inherited into the new quick actions.

Configuring the Banner Ad Using Quick Actions

You now have the ability to embed a quick actions URL directly into the Banner Ad. We've just made prime real estate on the customer portal even more valuable.

  • On the Merchant Portal, navigate to Customer Portal > Design

  • If you'd like to link a quick action from the banner ad, click "Quick Action" in the "Action on Click" drop down

  • Select your previously created Quick Action from the drop down

Success! Your customers will now be able to apply a quick action to their subscription directly from the banner ad.

Navigating the Customer Portal

Note: If your customers are already logged in to the Stay customer portal, they will not be required to go through the 2FA flow.
