Wonderment Integration
With Stay AI’s Wonderment integration, subscribers who track their orders through the customer portal will be directed to your Wonderment tracking page instead of the default tracking page.v
Before you begin
Before activating the integration, make sure that:
Wonderment is properly configured in your store.
Your Wonderment tracking URL matches your Shopify store URL.
Note: If the Wonderment URL does not match your Shopify store URL, please contact your Customer Success Manager so we can update the configuration manually.
Setting up the integration
Log in to the Stay AI Merchant Portal.
Navigate to Settings.
Select Integrations.
Locate the Wonderment integration card.
Click Integrate with Stay AI.
Click Activate.
Once activated, Stay AI will automatically direct order tracking requests to your Wonderment tracking page using your Shopify store URL.
What happens after activation
After the integration is enabled:
Customers can log in to the customer portal.
When they select Track Order, they will be redirected to your branded Wonderment tracking page.
No additional setup is required.
Deactivating the integration
If you prefer to return to the default order tracking experience, you can deactivate the integration at any time.
Log in to the Stay AI Merchant Portal.
Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
Locate the Wonderment integration.
Click Integrate with Stay AI.
Click Deactivate.
Once deactivated, customers will be redirected to the native order tracking pages instead of Wonderment.
