The Product Performance dashboard shows which products bring in the most revenue and which ones subscribers remove or swap away from the most. Use it to plan campaigns, offers, and catalog changes around your own subscription data.
The Overview tab has four sections:
Top Revenue – your highest-earning products
Highest Churn – the products subscribers cancel, remove, or swap away from the most
Product Snapshot – a table comparing every product against core metrics
Product Revenue – subscription revenue by product, split into Checkout, Recurring, and Add-On
📌 Notes:
All tables are sortable by clicking on the column header you'd like to sort by (e.g. sort alphabetically for Product/Variant Titles or numerically for Churn Rate).
SKU data and more are available in all exports.
Date Range and Filters
Every card and table on the Overview tab follows the Date Range at the top right. To change it, click the Date Range field and choose a preset or custom dates.

In the Filter by panel, choose a Filter: Segment, Product, or $0 Products.
Choose an Operator, then choose a Value:
Segment – select one segment.
Product – click Select a Product, then select one or more variants.
$0 Products – select Include or Exclude.
To add another condition, click Add Filter. All conditions apply together (And).
To clear filters, click the trash icon on a row, or click Remove All.
Top Revenue

Highest Churn

Each row shows the product image, product name, variant and variant ID, and the number of churned subscriptions next to the product churn rate. The arrow shows the change in churn rate versus the prior period.
