What is the Rivo and Stay AI Integration?
The Rivo integration with Stay AI Embedded Blocks gives brands a powerful, low-code way to surface loyalty data directly inside the Stay AI customer portal. Using Rivo’s developer toolkit and JavaScript API, you can display a customer’s points balance, rewards, and redeemed codes, right where they manage their subscription.

What does the Rivo X Stay AI Integration do?
The Rivo integration allows you to display Rivo Loyalty data inside your Stay AI customer portal. It leverages Rivo’s JavaScript API to dynamically pull loyalty information tied to the Shopify customer profile.
Because both Stay AI and Rivo rely on the same underlying Shopify customer account, loyalty data stays fully in sync, no extra customer matching or configuration required.

Already using Rivo? Make sure your Purchase Type on your Rewards settings are set to "Subscription" or "Both". Now, let's get set up.
Setup instructions

Open your Rivo Dashboard and navigate to the Developer Toolkit.
Enable the Rivo JavaScript API.
Reach out to your Rivo support representative for the example snippet provided by Rivo
In Stay AI, open your Customer Portal Settings.
Scroll to the Javascript injection block
Paste the Rivo code snippet into the Embedded Block settings.
Save your Stay AI portal settings.
Once saved, the loyalty data will begin rendering dynamically for logged-in customers.
What can customers see?
The block fetches loyalty data from Rivo’s JavaScript API in real time. Since Stay AI and Rivo both use the Shopify customer profile as the source of truth, loyalty points and reward activity automatically map to the correct customer.
From the Stay AI portal, customers can:
View their points and rewards
Copy reward codes directly from the portal
Apply those codes toward their Stay AI subscription
This creates a frictionless bridge between loyalty and subscription management, without forcing customers to leave the portal.
